How to Install the Redarc Tow-Pro Link Brake Controller
- Mount the Main Unit - Secure the Tow-Pro Link controller under the tow vehicle using the provided mounting hardware. Ensure it is positioned away from direct exposure to road debris and moisture.
- Connect the Wiring Harness - Attach the wiring harness to the vehicle’s braking system following the manufacturer’s instructions. Ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated. Requires 12V power.
- Install the USB Remote Control - Mount the remote Control inside the vehicle using the included Nano tape for easy dashboard placement. The remote head provides real-time braking force adjustments and mode selection.
- Pair with Bluetooth App (Optional) - If using the Tow-Pro Controller App, follow the pairing instructions to connect the unit via Bluetooth. This allows for additional control and monitoring options.
- Test the System - Before towing, test the brake controller to ensure proper functionality. Adjust braking force settings as needed for smooth operation.
