Shipping and Returns

Transit Time

  • Orders will normally only be shipped via a courier service from our warehouse on confirmation of your payment. We have a week day cut off time of 1.30pm for next day Courier deliveries.
  • Dispatch of your order will be the next working day from the date of your payment confirmation. Rural delivery orders can take up to 5 working days.
  • Large items/orders will be shipped by bulk freight and could take up to 5-10 days to deliver to your address.
  • Export Orders will normally be sent by NZ Post International Airmail. These can take up to 3 to 14 days to deliver, depending on your address. Maximum weight allowed is 20kg. 
  • We will also offer you International Courier for an additional cost. These have a delivery target of 2 to 6 days and include tracking, Maximum weight allowed is 30kg.

Shipping Methods

  • Orders in NZ will normally be via courier, however larger items will be delivered by bulk freight.
  • Should you have any special instructions for the delivery of your order, please include them in the space provided during the check-out process.
  • You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us that your order has left our warehouse along with a tracking link for your shipment.
  • In the unlikely event that transit times are forecasted to exceed reasonable expectations you will be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel your order or have the parts placed on Back Order. Pickups are not possible.

Shipping Addresses

  • Trailer Products purchased through this online store will be priced for shipment (Freight) to business or residential addresses within New Zealand only.
  • We don't freight to Post Office Box addresses.
  • Please ensure you select your correct Region from the drop-down box provided, as this is the key to establishing the delivery cost for you order. We will not dispatch orders where the incorrect Region/Cost has been applied and the correct Freight charges are unpaid.
  • Overseas Purchases for Export will be Confirmed as Pending Freight cost in the Checkout Page of the Order. Our Quotation for your Order Freight Cost will be emailed to you for payment by PayPal. If you find this Freight Quotation cost too expensive, you can always cancel your Order and we will refund your original Payment less the 3% Goods & Service Fee charged by PayPal at the time of payment.

Returns

MV Group Limited Internet Returns Procedure

At MV Group Limited we are constantly striving to offer you service and quality above and beyond your expectations. If you do not like our product, we are more than happy to accept returns of un-used products contained neatly in their original packaging within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • Special Items / Orders - However, ordered imported items may not be accepted back for return. We will however be prepared to discuss a return, on your payment of the freight cost to the UK.
  • Please contact us first and ask for return authorisation for your purchase.
  • To complete your return, please ship your purchase along with the required documentation to the suppliers address which will be supplied to you along with a reference number.
  • Once your return is received by us, you will receive a credit or refund to the value of your purchase.

Costs

  • Transaction Fees - All returns and cancelled orders paid by Credit Card and PayPal will be refunded less the non-refundable 3% transaction fee charged by these banking institutions
  • Restocking Fees - Most items incur a restocking fee of 10% of the product cost up to a maximum of $25.
  • Shipping Costs - Refunds will not be paid on any shipping costs incurred.

Electrical Parts

  • Please note that Electrical parts and products that are believed to have been used beyond their intended purpose, as stated in the MV Group Limited Warranty Policy & Procedure information, or products that are not returned with their original packaging will be deemed ineligible for return.
  • Refunds or credits will not be honoured on any goods deemed as unfit for re-sale or at ours or our suppliers discretion.

Boat Rollers

  • Any returns of Boat Rollers or other products supplied from our Rubbermark warehouse will attract a 15% restocking charge.
