Orders will normally only be shipped via a courier service from our warehouse on confirmation of your payment. We have a week day cut off time of 1.30pm for next day Courier deliveries.
Transit time for most products is usually by NZ Courier on the next working day, from the date of your payment confirmation. However larger orders/items may be sent by 2 - 3 day truck delivery. Rural delivery orders can take up to 5 working days.
Large items/orders will be shipped by truck and could take up to 5 days to deliver to your address.
Export Orders will normally be sent by NZ Post International Airmail. These can take up to 3 to 14 days to deliver, depending on your address. this has no Parcel Tracking available. Maximum weight allowed is 20kg.
We will also offer you International Courier for an additional cost. These have a delivery target of 2 to 6 days and include tracking, Maximum weight allowed is 30kg.

Should you have any Special instructions for the delivery of your order, please include them in the space provided during the check out process.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us that your order has left our warehouse along with a tracking link for your shipment.
In the unlikely event that transit times are forecasted to exceed reasonable expectations you will be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel your order or have the parts placed on Back Order.
Pickups are not possible.
Trailer Products purchased through this online store will be priced for shipment (Freight) to business or residential addresses within New Zealand only.
Please ensure you select your correct Region from the drop down box provided, as this is the key to establishing the delivery cost for you order. We will not dispatch orders where the incorrect Region/Cost has been applied and the correct Freight charges are unpaid.
Overseas Purchases for Export will be Confirmed as Pending Freight cost in the Checkout Page of the Order. Our Quotation for your Order Freight Cost will be emailed to you for payment by PayPal. If you find this Freight Quotation cost too expensive, you can always cancel your Order and we will refund your original Payment less the 3% Goods & Service Fee charged by PayPal at the time of payment.

If you do not like our product, we are more than happy to accept returns of un-used products contained neatly in their original packaging within 14 days of the original purchase date.
However Ordered Imported items may not be accepted back for Return. We will however be prepared to discuss a Return, on your payment of the freight cost to the UK.

All returns and cancelled orders paid by Credit Card and PayPal will be refunded less the non-refundable 3% transaction fee charged by these banking institutions
Please note that Electrical parts and products that are believed to have been used beyond their intended purpose, as stated in the Total Automotive Services Ltd Warranty Policy & Procedure information, or products that are not returned with their original packaging will be deemed ineligible for return.
Refunds or credits will not be honoured on any goods deemed by an Total Automotive Services Ltd representative as unfit for re-sale.
Electrical parts will not be accepted for credited unless they are in there unopened packaging. This also includes Pre-fitted parts.
Any returns of Boat Rollers or other products supplied from our Rubbermark warehouse will attract a 15% restocking charge.
Refunds will not be paid on any shipping costs incurred.
