About Us
TrailerPartsNZ.com has a rich history that began back in 2012 when Jim Palmer, an expert in the trailer industry, founded the business. With years of experience under his belt, Jim decided it was time to retire and pass the torch to new owners. In 2021, Martyn Whitley and Quinton Hall stepped in and acquired the business from Jim.
Our Vision
Martyn and Quinton shared a vision: to build on the legacy of TrailerPartsNZ.com deliver great customer service at a great price. They wanted to be closer to the customers, learning from their experiences and adapting the business accordingly.
With extensive backgrounds in business management, digital marketing, and caravan/motorhome manufacturing, Martyn and Quinton were well-equipped to take the business to the next phase.

Customer-Centric Approach
At TrailerPartsNZ.com, we’re passionate about streamlining the customer experience. Our goal is to make it easy for our customers to find the right products and order with confidence. We try and load as much technical information on the site to make it as easy as possible for customers to find the exact product the need.
Location & Stock
We are based in Christchurch, apart from a few special-order items (clearly marked) all our stock is based in New Zealand either at our warehouse or our suppliers.
We work hard with all our New Zealand based suppliers to understand stock levels across several warehouses throughout New Zealand. Occasionally there will be a delay as our suppliers run out, often there will be an alternative or we can source in a couple of weeks from one of our overseas suppliers. We will let you know as soon as we can of any delays.
Price
We are committed to providing great products, at a great price. We are happy to talk about matching prices, in most cases we can usually do that. Please don’t hesitate to let us know.
Technical advice
We have years of experience providing sound technical advice when it comes to our products and caravan and trailer design and issues. If we don’t know we lean on our extensive network of suppliers and experts to find either the answer or the right person to talk to.
