The LoadForce backing plates are Australian design some times referred to as AL-KO type and are interchangeable with most other 12x2 inch backing plates such as AL-KO and American style backing plates such as Dexter.

Wear depth indicators are small holes located around the front face of the electric magnet. When they are not visible, the magnet has reached the end of its service life.
