How to fit the AL-KO rivet nut

1. Remove the old nut Insert the new rivet nut with the short side out
2. Put the bushing former on the bolt and screw the bolt into the nut with the shaped end to the nut and tighten to approx 60Nm
3. The nut should now be tight
